About the Role
We are urgently seeking a WordPress Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in developing, optimizing, and maintaining WordPress websites across multiple brands. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to deliver fast, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences that drive performance and engagement.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, and custom builds).
Implement responsive front-end designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Optimize website performance, loading speed, and SEO structure.
Manage back-end functionality including PHP, MySQL, and custom WordPress integrations.
Develop and integrate APIs and third-party tools where required.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring high uptime and security.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement new features and track performance.
Conduct regular audits to identify and fix potential site or landing page issues.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as a Web Developer (WordPress focus).
Strong understanding of WordPress CMS architecture, custom theme and plugin development.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience managing databases (MySQL) and using version control tools like Git.
Ability to create and connect custom APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
