Position: Customer Service Representative
Company: Callnovo Inc.
Location: Remote
Working Hours:3 PM – 1 AM BJT (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)Equivalent to 8 AM – 6 PM Morocco Time (Off on Thursday and Sunday)
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service through calls and emails.
Follow basic troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues for customers.
Complete assigned tasks within work hours.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in hotline service with troubleshooting skills.
Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Familiarity with GDPR regulations.
Ability to understand KPI requirements and follow the Team Leader’s instructions.
