Working with our Operations Team Manager, you will be assisting with her daily duties, from monitoring the Sales team on a daily basis, you will be guiding our team to meet their KPIs, deadlines and ensuring lead distribution and pipeline progress.
Responsibilities
•  Assist the Sales Manager with daily team operations
•  Provide administrative support (documents, reporting, follow-ups)
•  Help ensure sales closers meet KPIs and deadlines
•  Monitor lead distribution and pipeline progress
•  Support onboarding and training for new closers
•  Coordinate with other departments when needed
Qualifications
•  Strong math / numbers skills
•  Highly organized and detail-oriented
•  Friendly and positive attitude
•  Good communication skills
•  Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Nice to Have:
•  Experience in sales support or call-center environment
•  Familiarity with CRM tools / KPIs
