The main role of HR Manager is to ensure effective HR management by understanding business needs, ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work environment, resolving challenges, and aligning HR processes with company strategic priorities for sustainable plant operations.
What will your responsibilities be?
Act as an ambassador of the HR Function, translating and executing the EMEA HR Strategy at the plant level.
Align on the plant HR strategic plan with the HRBP before implementation.
Develop and implement both long-term and short-term HR action plans for the plant, aligning with the company’s strategic priorities and objectives.
Execute the implementation of key HR processes at the plant level.
